1) How do I pay for a Zaasmart purchase?

a) For India, we accept payments via Instamojo (Debit Card, Credit Card or Net banking).

b) For countries other than India, we accept payment through PayPal (Debit Card, Credit Card).

c) For Cheques and Demand Drafts. These have to be drawn in favor of "Zaasmart" and send to 3rd Flr, Veer Gems, 7/2982, Parsi Sheri Rd, Saiyedpura, Surat 395003. M +91 9377 277 230.

d) Bank Transfer. Amount can be transferred to the bank account as below.

         Bank: Kotak Mahindra Bank / Beneficiary Name: Zaasmart / Account No: 1512253427 / IFS Code: KKBK0000872

e) Money Transfer agencies like Western Union / Money Gram / Express Money or any other.  

2) Is it safe to use my Debit card or Credit Card?

a) All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So it is absolutely safe!


3) Are there any hidden charges?

a) Shipping within India, there are NO hidden charges (GST or any other taxes) when you make a purchase on Zaasmart. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price what you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

b) For shipping outside India; Custom Duties, Import Duties or any other taxes or duties may vary according to the rules of different countries. These charges are not included in our selling price, but may be charged to you by your respective governments. So the customer is solely responsible to pay those charges. The courier companies may also charge some additional service fees over and above the government duties on a case to case basis.


4) What should I do if my payment fails?

a) In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:  Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) or your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

b) If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.


5) I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Zaasmart but I have never shopped with Zaasmart. What do I do?

a) If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.

b) If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.


6) Do you accept International Card?

a) Yes. We accept International cards via PayPal.

b) There is no upper limit to an order value placed using an International card.
