How can I pay for a Zaasmart buy?

A1) For India, we accept payments through Instamojo (Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet banking).

A2) For nations other than India, we take payment via PayPal (Debit Card, Credit Card).

A3) For Cheques, Demand Draft. All these need to be drawn in favor of "Zaasmart" and ship to 6/1644, Gundi Sheri, Lal Darwaja, Surat India 395003. M +91 9377 277 230.

A4) Amount can be moved into the bank account as below.

A5) We also accept payment through Money Transfer bureaus such as Western Union / Money Gram / Express Money or some other.

Is it safe to use my Debit Charge Credit Card?

All credit card, Debit Card and internet banking transactions are processed within a secure encrypted link. So it's absolutely safe! 

Are there any hidden fees?

A1) Shipping in India, there aren't any hidden fees (GST or any other taxes) if you create a purchase on Zaasmart. The cost what you find on the item page is just what you'd pay.

A2) For shipping outside India; Custom Duties, Import Duties or some other taxes or duties may vary depending on the principles of different nations. These fees aren't contained in our selling cost, but might be billed to you by the respective authorities. Hence that the client is solely responsible to cover these fees. The courier firms may also charge some extra service charges over and above the government responsibilities on a case by case basis.

If a payment fails, what is the way for me?

A2) If your account was debited following a payment collapse, it normally returns to your own bank account within 7 business days. You may email us at info@Zaasmart.com or give us a call with your order amount for any clarification.

I visit debit cards within my Bank Statement from Zaasmart, however, I have not shopped with Zaasmart.

A1) If you find any charges on your own credit/debit card for purchases created Zaasmart.com, however, you've not established an account signed up, please check with your family or business colleagues authorized to make purchases for your benefit.

A2) If you are still not able to comprehend the fee, please examine the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of this trade in order we can look to it.

Can you accept International Card?

We take International cards through PayPal.
